Poor websites could cost SMBs billions this Christmas – half don’t even have a website

Around 8% of retail sales are made online (of $48.1 billion industry over the Christmas trading period). Telstra research with over 1,000 SMB’s showed:
- 49% didn’t have a website
- 33% have e-commerce functionality
- 38% website is not optimised for mobile
